REPAIR & RETURN POLICY

Return/Exchange policy:

All sales are final unless item(s) arrives damaged or incorrect item is received.

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of the order date. If it is determined that we can issue a replacement, one will be sent out promptly. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of the work, it may be unlikely that an exact replica is available in which case, a full purchase price refund will be issued.

If it is determined you are eligible for a refund, a refund label will be emailed to you. You must send the product back in the condition it was received within 30 days to receive the refund. 

Brambles Woodwork Repair Policy

Every effort is made to ensure the longevity and endurance of each Brambles Woodwork piece. That said, accidents happen, and I’ll try my best to make sure your one-of-a-kind purchase can be salvaged. Read on for information on my repair/replace policy:

All jewelry must be evaluated before determining whether or not it is possible to repair. 

To have your jewelry evaluated, send an email with an image of the damaged piece along with the undamaged piece to bramblesww@gmail.com.

If it is determined a repair/replacement can take place, we’ll contact you with further instructions to move forward.


Details:

  • No charge within 60 days of purchase. 
  • If beyond 60 days of purchase, an exact cost will be determined upon evaluation.
  • Repairs will only be done on Brambles Woodwork pieces (sorry, we just don’t have time to fix that necklace you got at Anthropologie ten years ago).
  • If the piece is beyond repair or lost, a replacement will be considered during the evaluation. Pricing will also be set at this time.
